Flash-memory module OBRAZ-3V

OBRAZ-3V is a reprogrammable flash-memory module intended for using as memory extension module with CREDO-3V CPU module or with other VMEbus modules and systems.
The base area of application of OBRAZ-3 module are mission critical systems such as automatic and automated control systems of mobile objects (aircrafts, ships, railway and automotive transport and etc), industrial control and data collection systems,  as well as other systems, working in hard environments.

 

  Flash-memory

Up to 32 Mbytes of reprogrammable flash-memory based on AM28F016 or Intel28f008 ICs.

Direct read/write access via VMEbus A24:D32 frame.

  System interface

External interface: VMEbus according to ANSI/IEEE STD 1014-1987 (IEC 821 and 297) with support of  A24:A16:D32:D16:D8:BLT transfers.

  Additional features

4 Kbyte non-volatile RAM intended for storage of flash-memory structure information.

Flexible module configuration with programmable base addresses.

  Power supply

Power supply voltage +5 V ± 5%.

Power consumption not exceeding 5 Watt.

Form factor: 3U, overall dimensions 100x167x13 (mm)
mass not exceeding 150 gr.

DIN 41612 Harbus64-type connector  (5 rows, 160 contacts).

Conduction cooled and rugged versions of this module are also available.

conduction cooled: from - 40°C to +75°C;

air cooled: from - 40°C to +85C.

Storage temperature: from -50°C to +125°C.

Humidity up to 100% RH with temperature +35°C.

Lowered pressure: 5 mm hg.

Vibration (sinusoidal from 5 to 2000 Hz):

standard version: up to 10g;

rugged version: up to 15g.

Shock:

standard version: up to 20g;

rugged version: up to 40g.
