OBRAZ-M is a reprogrammable flash-memory module intended for using as memory extension module with CREDO-M CPU module or with other ISAbus modules and systems.
The base area of application of OBRAZ-M module are mission critical systems such as automatic and automated control systems of mobile objects (aircrafts, ships, railway and automotive transport and etc), industrial control and data collection systems,  as well as other systems, working in hard environments.

 

  Flash-memory

Up to 64 Mbytes of reprogrammable flash-memory based on AM28F016 ICs by AMD®.

Build-in automatic erasing and programming facilities.

256 Kbyte RAM buffer.

Two modes of flash-memory read access:

indexable I/O ports access;

direct access via ISAbus memory frame.

Two modes of flash-memory programming:

manual programming by I/O ports access;

automatic programming via RAM-buffer.

Typical 128 Kbyte block programming time:  0.9 sec.

Typical 128 Kbyte block erasing time: 1 sec.

  System interface

External interface logically compatible with ISA-bus. Electrical load up to 60 mA.

  Additional features

4 Kbyte non-volatile RAM intended for storage of flash-memory structure information.

Flexible module configuration with programmable base addresses.

  Power supply

Power supply voltage +5 V ± 5%.

Power consumption not exceeding 5 Watt.

  Mechanical characteristics

Form factor: "ARINC600".

Overall dimensions 170x255x20 mm.

Mass not exceeding 250 gr.

conduction cooled: from - 40°C to +75°C;

air cooled: from - 40°C to +85C.
